Luckily, RT provides its own captions and so on and so on.

He praises Lenin's democratic socialism as being definitive rather than divisive. It's a common point of praise for The Third Reich, and ESR even noted links between Italian Fascism and Leninists.

But he only hints at what scope of democracy is appropriate, only that it must be totalitarian. He says labor negotiation narrows your freedom, and the audience is to assume that's a bad thing. I wonder if he's really a monarchist...
