The only exception are the Southern parts of Brazil, where Whiteness is much more concentrated. But even then, it's still a toss up where you have more dominant African facial features instead of European looking ones.

Most of the people in that picture would pass as Hispanic. Brazil only has a mean African DNA of ~19.6%.

Are you retarded? Obama's mother is white and he is considered black and identifies as black. Mixed and black are not mutually exclusive. In the case of the brazilian population, the mixed people are africans mixed with whites.

Besides that a South African study distinguished mulattoes (“Coloureds”) from blacks and found mulattoes were smarter than Indians meaning there is reason not to lump mulattoes as black people if they end up being superior to other non-black races.

Maybe the alt-right would have less enemies if they were more accepting of people with majority white DNA.
