The sad part is the Mexican guy is very well off. He runs 3 successful Restaurants so he's not low class or anything.

But instead of praising America, he should realize he's a victim of brain drain. His talents would be better served fixing Mexico, and thus stopping the flow of his own countrymen to the U.S.

Mexico has totally based laws aimed at preserving Mexicaness, such as it is.

none of their laws are enforced, is the problem, cops are all corrupt

The man probably realized that his money and expertise went much further than trying to improve a dysfunctional nation.

Only because they all keep leaving.

If all the smart Mexicans actually stayed behind and instituted a national eugenics program, then Mexico could actually be a nice place to live.
