Very impressive, although it remains to be seen to what extent this decision is enforceable.

Enforceability aside, it seems fairly arbitrary and unnecessary.

A state that promotes healthy living standards and implements mandatory physical exertion in certain forms would de facto eliminate excessive gaming.

Spiritually fulfilled men with the requisite physical engagement feel no urge to escape from reality.

If you agree that the Chinese government should do something about digital distractions, what exactly do you find arbitrary about this? Their solution seems to cut right to the core of the issue.
