Why don't non-white people get rid of civilization now that they are free of colonizing influence? Why do they rush towards civilization? Why don't they fix racism problems themselves, why do they rely on whitey to fix it for them?

Sure, (post-)industrial technology is obviously too complex for society and we can't handle it (white people too), but it also can't be ignored that Europe and America didn't suffer as big of an environmental impact as non-white countries, even though we were/are far more technolologically developed.
