What ''American'' is supposed to be has widely changed over the centuries. The thirteen colonies at first had a distinctly anglo-saxon identity owing to the people that settled it. In the 18th century some other inhabitants of the British isles came in like the Scots Irish and settled the South.

When the US was founded in 1776, the founders and other nations saw it as a British country. It was essentially Britain across the Ocean. The founder spoke many times about their ''british brethren''. The founding stock was majority of Anglo-Saxon with a large minority of Scots-Irish and a smidget of German.

Later in the 19th century and by the early 20th century, Northwest Europeans were considered as real Americans while Italians and slavs were tolerated. After WW2 and the rise of the black question to the forefront, all Europeans were considered real Americans. They were meant to assimilate into the dominant northwest European culture. But since the cultural revolution of the 60s, the identity American has ceased to anything concrete at all. Essentially anyone holding a piece of paper(passport) saying they were American where American with no consideration to blood, history or culture.

Its a lot like Rome whose definition of Roman continuously expanded throughout the ages. At first it was only the people of the City of Rome and its adjacent territories(17th century anglo-saxon equivalent). Over time it grew to incorporate all of the latin speaking peoples(1776 British equivalent). Later after the Social war in the 1st century BC, it grew to incorporate all Italians(1945 Euro equivalent). Later in the 3rd century, citizenship was open to all freeborn inhabitants of the empire(post 1960s cultural revolution).

America now increasingly resembles the 5th century Roman Empire. At that time even roman citizenship matter as foreign tribes simply forced their way into the empire and started living on it(the rhine crossing). Today in the US, anyone can just waltz in from across the southern border and live there for decades with little consequence.

The theme is that its impossible to form or hold a coherent identity if your nation is experiencing and endless stream of migration or trying to integrate ever more foreign populations into the national body. If the US never allowed any immigration after 1790, then today the US would only have a white population of about 80-100 million. It would not be the world superpower.

However, it would be far more coherent, no Jewish infiltration, no globalism, no cultural marxism, no runaway capitalism and no global liberalism. It would be a healthy and homogenous society. Unfortunately, the founders were oligarchs who liked the idea of an endless stream of cheap labor. At first it was restricted only to Europe but later they expanded it to the whole world.

That is includes mass immigration from Europe. It is not just about economics. The nation becomes a superficial thing without a true national identity attached to it and that can't be formed with endless floods of new citizens.

80-100 million of Northern European stock can be a super power. England did it with less, Germany could have done it too if not for Anglos getting in the way. It would have a superior culture if it had a volkish national character but I don't know if that would prevent many of the issues we see today because it hasn't prevented Europe from having these issues. Though we can question if Europe would be this way without American cultural dominance.

I know but isn't that what we're fighting against? To revert the demographics to pre 1965 level. I say we should include all Europeans who are compatible with our society. What we're missing is a core culture. When these idiots say "white people have no culture", what they mean is white Americans and they are partially right because America today has no culture. Shopping in Walmart and eating burger is no culture. What those idiots do not realize is that Europe has a distinct and ancient culture, from Roman, Greek, Spanish, French culture to Slavic, German, Nordic and Anglo culture.

America today has no culture

Unfortunately, its the other way around. Today, America has the only culture. Its like air, everyone is living in it so no one notices it. American hollywood is seen across the world and you can connect with a person anywhere on earth by talking about hollywood movies/tv series. American notions of politics i.e liberalism is the standard operating principle in the whole world. The whole world esentially participates in US politics.

Absolutely and this is what we're fighting against. Our priority must not only be to secure our demographic numbers but also to retain a coherent European culture.
