The article linked has comedic value because of how stupid Africans are, that the adulterous wife in question would use eating too much Chinese food as an excuse for her baby coming out half-Chinese.

But I do wonder if these pairings between wealthy Chinese businessmen and local women were calculated as a part of China's imperialist goals in Africa. Chinese-Africans may have value to China as leaders with dual loyalty that are only semi-retarded.

What does mixed race have to do with loyalty?

It's usually the opposite. Mixed raced people either create their own cultures/countries (i.e the whole of Latin America breaks from Spain/Portugal), or they lash out against their roots (i.e Black Americans are 25% White on average but obviously despise other White Americans).

If Chinese people want to rule Africa, they can just do it. There really are no laws on that continent restricting race. Hell, even White people can still be voted in power if they want to, as late as 2015.

The Zambian ruling party (PF) is clearly an implicit front for the interests of Zambia's larger Eastern tribe.

Guy Scott was only elected to where he was because of his closeness to then-President Michael Sata. When Sata died in office and Scott found himself in the Presidency there was very quickly an attempt to remove him. Pressured out of the PF, the Scott family switched sides to the opposition UPND, only to be physically attacked by PF supporters when campaigning for the UPND:

This can't really be construed as some sort of evidence disproving black ethnocentrism or racism. Blax exhibit higher ethnocentrism than Europeans and Asians, including those in America. It is this same ethnocentrism that disallowed Jean Ping or Lionel Zinzou from winning elections in their respective countries. Beninese propaganda portrayed the mulatto Zinzou as a French puppet 'parachuted' into the country. The 'right thing to do' was obviously to elect his opponent, Patrice Talon.

If it was ethnocentrism, wouldn't they have simply banned them from running?

In the Benin election, the mullato guy received the same share as votes as another Black candidate who lost the election before him (34%).

And with Jean Ping, the results were much more narrow. Losing by only 1.6%.

I can also name another non-Black leader of a Black country. Edward Seaga was Prime Minister of Jamaica from 1980 to 1989.

They better not bring them to China to pick cotton. That is one easy way to really fuck up a good country for the long term. Just look at the nigra problem in the USA.
