I don't understand the behavior of whites living there

Most don't care because they can still afford a somewhat decent life in which there is minimal impact from the darkening, keeping it at nuisance level for now. Those that do care dont do anything about it because white activism is severely punished.

do they realize that the same will eventually happen to the rest of the country?

No

Do they move towards our views or did they already surrender?

The future is hard to predict, but case studies like South Africa and the U.S. 2020 suggest Whites will continue to surrender or actively promote their own demise.

Are they so brainwashed that they cannot realize what's going on?

Yes, many whites are brainwashed, possibly a majority. We don't know how many because "Realizing what's going on" is considered racism. The consequences for racism are very severe, so few people will admit their views. You might have luck with anonymous surveys, but even then, many whites would be paranoid about getting outed.

How do you explain things like white flight? It looks that our people at least subconciously don't want do live around non whites and leave immediatly when diversity shows up.

Many whites that white flight will never admit to themselves that negro and mexican fatigue caused it or they double down on lies and and blame the minority induced decay on factors external to the invading minority group.

But the instinct is still there, if there wasn't they wouldn't move, tribalism even if subconsciously still remains.
