Incels, or involuntary celibates, is one of the main groups that gets associated with the Alt-Right.

By who? Back on reddit, our subs always had minimal overlap with the incel subs. There's a stronger (but still limited) association with other parts of the "manosphere" like TRP and nofap.

Do you have any thoughts on them, what should be done with them, and their sexual theories?

Their analysis is largely correct, but their conclusions are flawed. The problem lies in their philosophical orientation - they are nihilistic hedonists. In a healthy society, where monogamy is enforced, many of these guys wouldn't have a problem. For the truly hopeless ones, I would propose legalizing voluntary euthanasia.

I said “associated” to emphasize that the correlation may or may not be true. As for “by who” if you search “Incels and the Alt-Right” you get quite a lot of results.
