1924 Immigration act as well as the US census from the time would say otherwise as well as the President having the power to mass intern Japanese civilains.

Britain pre 2000 was a White ethnostate that also dablled in imperialism.

Nothing you have said contradicts my point. America and Britain have never been white nationalist states. They were liberal democratic states with a white population.
