Personality tests have way more flaws then you think

Conscientiousness is a pretty reliable metric. It correlates higher with success than IQ.

"Northwestern genes are not superior to Iberian genes" is retarded. If EVERY single northwestern european had traits vastly superior to Iberians, like humans with worms then maybe you can claim superiority

If Britain conquered peoples in Africa and India many times larger than their own population, innovates better than these populations, and builds better societies than these populations, we can reasonably say Brits are superior to those people on average. Be it specific metrics in IQ, or conscientiousness, they have an overall superiority. Those metrics just help us quantify this superiority and we can apply it to Anglo-Iberian discrepancies.
