According to studies you only need to convince 25% of the population to reach a tipping point, and the most effective way to reach that number is through relentless ideological pressure, not plutocratic funding. It's why the radical right is more successful here on the European continent. It only took a relatively small amount of identitarian activists to get the Austrian government to pull out of the UN global migration pact, which eventually led to other European governments doing the same thing. My own government collapsed because of this. This is something American conservatives don't understand. You have to be fanatical.
