I'm confused now because earlier you were claiming Putin was unpatriotic because of his bans on certain literature -- bans which were enacted during the disastrous experiment with liberal 'democracy' before his tenure -- and now you're saying that the country is actually sympathetic to revisionism.

I don't think people should be charged for wrongthink, Tesak (who was basically the russian version of Andew Anglin)

Nor do I but honestly if I was in charge I wouldn't be a free speech absolutist -- far from it in fact.

So Putin isn't a patriot because Tesak -- a pretty volatile and unruly fellow in his life -- was jailed? Was Tesak a patriot or was he just another goofy sieg heiling, publicity seeking bore who did nothing for Russian people? Why is he a person I should respect or worry about? (Genuine question as well I know very little about him.)
