It's funny because people are always saying that the opinions of people like us are driven by some personal pathology, emotional problem or just basic hatred of women yet I don't find that as much here. Unlike your comment which is dripping with disdain and personal animus towards men. Not to get all MRA hour on this WN website but it seems to be true that so much of the sexual politics in this society is, despite the popular myth espoused probably by you and others, driven by rage towards men.

It's like that stat you see about women's healthcare getting more dollars. Which is actually mostly going on obstetrics, and I assume you want your babies to live...

When you look at the sex specific cancer diagnosis/treatment spending, it turns out the extra cash is spent because it's a function of greater years of life lost (breast and cervical cancer hit younger).

YOLL is a big thing in calculating health spending. You don't pump cash into treating people in their late seventies and on. Once you balance for that, its the same.

Plus checking for prostate or testicular cancer involves low tech groping and poking.
