Dutton seems to argue for mostly environmental factors, since the decline in testosterone and sperm count is a uniquely Western phenomenon and if plastics were the culprit women should have lower testosterone too, but evidence indicates testosterone is increasing among western women. It's probably more malnutrition and obesity than plastics
