Civilization is inherently dysgenic but its essential. You can be healthy trad chads running a rural society with clean water, fresh food and great physiques, it will amount to naught when you face against an industrialized country. Their superior military will crush you easily.

The solution is ameliorate the worst effects of modernity. Have a regime that promotes good food, military service and exercise is compulsory and it maintains a public health division that fanatically roots out any toxic chemical threat to people. The economy must take a backseat to the people's health.

For example, plastic should've been banned ages ago. Microplastics are now even found among babies and they mimic estrogen once inside the body.

You need to drastically cull the population to have good nutritious food for everyone. The current population boom has only been supported by making everyone subsist on (((grain))) and industrially produced food. Do we have the resources to give 8 billion people grassfed dairy/meat and wild caught fish? Almost certainly not that's why we feed everyone flour, sugar, and seed oils.

The downfall of Aryan civilization has always been letting their enemies survive to be enslaved, then eventually merging with the slave class. Happened in India, Rome, and is happening now in the West.

Dutton seems to argue for mostly environmental factors, since the decline in testosterone and sperm count is a uniquely Western phenomenon and if plastics were the culprit women should have lower testosterone too, but evidence indicates testosterone is increasing among western women. Even without considering the environmental factor, sperm counts don't really count as we are at a point where women avoid having children and certainly don't want to have one with an "average" man, where "average" includes many decent and intelligent men who are more and more marginalized in today society.
