While I'm not pro-EU and I would like to see its dissolution, Britain's seeming self-harm to cut itself from Europe has made me change my view on how opposition to the EU should be done. If leaving the organization means turning yourself into an even bigger globalist slave, than maybe it is better to fight to reform the EU from within than leave and be food for the vultures.

This is never going to work, the EU structure is impossible to modify. All you can do is leave, take your losses if you are leaving on neoliberal terms and hope for a significant political change in the coming decades. If there is no such change forthcoming, then it really doesn't matter if you are staying or leaving the EU.
