Subtext was that they could steer populations using targeted false flags.

Now, that was from 10-15 YEARS ago, and the wealth of personal data, 1:1 device tracking etc, plus the roll out of 5G and whole planet coverage means the in-feed to the modern versions of those models is gold, not garbage.
