France is a mess. You get your head cut off if you criticize Islam. You go to jail if you criticize Islamists who cut people's heads off for criticizing Islam. Gee, I wonder how this ends?

But hey, at least those Muslims are standing up for themselves, right?

    I don't know about "absurd", but like any given freedom or right it can always be taken away. like the law, it only has value if it is enforced and protected

    And yet I blame the Jews more than the Muslims, they're the ones pushing all these bullshit "hate speech" laws where you can't call evil evil. iirc there's a section in The Protocols that discusses subverting the media to the point where people are so perverted they're praising evil and filth and condemning truth and beauty. But then I remember that was debunked. We need to start rebunking some of these conspiracy theories.
