Another problem I've noticed is that Gen Z seem to rely so heavily on memes to communicate that it literally warps their perception of reality. Ideas must be condensed into memetic format for them to fully understand them. Otherwise it is a totally abstract concept that they cannot wrap their head around.

I look at these Gen Z kids and you know what I see? I see a generation with all the weaknesses of Gen Y, and none of its strengths. No words can possibly describe how fucked up they are.
