A society resembling Aryan pastoral tribes probably, a good medium. Both the current degeneracy and Islamic arranged marriages with your cousins are highly dysgenic. Parents don't tend to pick the genetically best mates but the most socially convenient ones. Letting people pick their own partners early on is key. Media should be eliminated to get rid of the pressure to fuck around especially with other races, and the modern implementation of college as a luxury orgy mandated by corporate employers should be cast off.

What I'm saying is that rapewaffen/islam is not the solution to degeneracy because it's dysgenic. Sexual selection is necessary to ensure better offspring in each generation. I wouldn't call it feminism though women were given more autonomy in these tribes than elsewhere.

The steppe tribes that settled Russia and became slavs. or the ones that settled Western Europe and became North-west Euros.

Eg: the Germanic tribes that fought Rome or the vikings that raided Christendom. Rome and Greece would be other examples
