Yeah if a site is engaged in this kind of petty bickering and doing nothing but putting down other Nationalists and just going around shitting on everyone else's efforts and casting evidence free assertions that this or that figure is Jewish you can be sure it's a GayOp. It's a great demoralizing tactic and also makes people paranoid.
