Do you know what crystallized intelligence is? Because that's what your question falls under. Fluid intelligence is what an IQ test measures. Try looking at Raven's Progressive Matrices for an example of how fluid is quantified.

Also, it's interesting that they frame the context of that as cultural, rather than economic.

The govt of Tanzania was suspicious about the intentions of the WHO (for very practical reasons).

So, they took samples of papaya fruit, goats blood, motor oil, etc. And assigned these samples with random human names, and random ages.

The goats and papaya samples came back with positive covid test results. The motor oil tested negative.
