People who want to debate state their opinion and invite discussion they don't ask loaded questions like this.

I did both, I stated an opinion and invited discussion.

It can be seen as a straw man and even an accusation, you stated an opinion you believe people in the alt-right have without asking them.

Am I correct in believing the Alt Right's hatred of Africans is based on the behaviors and attitudes of Western Blacks?

the bold part is your opinion of the alt-right. A lot of people drawn here are simply angry and worried about the demographic situation in western countries, and it's frustrating to have this called "hate". It might seem less "loaded" if you rather stated your own current position. E.g. "I think Africans in Africa behave less destructively than Africans in Western Countries. What does the alt-right think?" Or "What does the alt-right think about Western Africans as compared to Africans outside of the West?"
