The idea behind Propertarianism is to put out our reasonable demands first, everyone knows there is 0 chance they will be fulfilled peacefully. When the inevitable civil war begins, there will be clear goals and reasons for the right, negotiations will be quicker because our ideas and compromises are already out there, and our government will get in action quicker because it's structure and basics are already thought out.
