POTUS is President of the federal government of the united states of America. The federal government is a Subcontractr, just like the British Territorial United States as the United states of America and Papal Municipal Businesses.

They are all subcontractors LOL. As long as people don't take welfare etc. from the federal government, then they can deny being US Citizens and become american state nationals

Dude. Law is thoughts put on paper with text. It only exists in the abstract. Real people have to interpret, follow and enforce its approximation in reality. Your arguments objectively don't mean anything without real physical concepts to back them up. The government has 0 reason or incentive to care about these arguments. The law is not some machine whose will and results people automatically follow, it's just a way of legitimatizing something that is already physically possible. If I am mugging someone with a gun, the fact that it's illegal does not magically prevent me from doing it, I can just decide to not care about the law. Do you also think Queen Elizabeth II can assume direct control of the UK government, and rule like a non-ceremonial monarch with executive power, because nothing in the UK Constitution or common law explicitly proclaims the UK as a ceremonial monarchy, and on paper the sovereign's powers are unchanged from the 18th century?

It's already happening. People are already not paying taxes to the IRS (there are 2 btw).
When you go to court, it will say "State of Florida" or "STATE OF FLORIDA" and your name might be "FRIEDRICH LUDWIG" in all caps. These things matter because it determines which jurisdiction the court is operating under. This is already happening. There are 3 jurisdictions: national, territorial and municipal. You're currently under maritime law, because you're a territorial citizen, a subject of the british Queen. A foreign entity.
You were converted to a british citizen ("US Citizen") 3 days after your birth legally. Your name in all caps is you under Municipal jurisdiction controlled by the pope.

You can easily change jurisdiction from territorial and municipal to national jurisdiction and then their courts can't touch you, because they are foreign service providers. They are your employees.

Will they declare war? Sure, this is very likely but they would be breaking all kinds of international treaties and laws.
But the courts will respect it and are already respecting it. It's already happening but the alt-right needs to be in charge moving forward.
