But with this you have an actual claim, so their "enforcement" would be an act of aggression and it would be easier to gather support and to organize this way. Legal + Might is better than Might alone.

You are right. But, the law is meaningless without the backing of the courts. The courts are not in the hands of anyone who would support this, even conservative judges. And I know the woman discusses setting up State Jural Assemblies as parallel legal institutions but I assume most people would not regard them seriously.

You would need popular support for this first, which is why at moment any discussion like this is pointless in my opinion.

It is indeed interesting concept though.

Check this. The courts might very well respect this because legally they are required to.

It's worth exploring and let's say you have 10-15 million alt-rights in the USA and you build up these systems which the courts legally are required to respect, then suddenly things might look very differently. It's a good attack vector imo that people can easily rally behind.
