That dude probably thought his wife wouldn't be home until later... and he suddenly lost control of the situation.

She walks in and see him sweating in agony. "Honey? What's wrong??"

"Um.. I have a stomach ache.. it's nothing..."

Also, there's a deceptive spike in people getting things stuck in their ass in the 20-24 year age group.

They break down the histogram into 1-year increments for ages 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.

The others are in 5 year increments.

Keeping an eye on those teenagers asses?

What's up with my bracket 50-54, 3rd highest, highest since 20s, and then drops off? I can understand ass play when younger, but now? Ew. Maybe "normal" folks get bored and explore or something.

It's interesting to see that there's a number of +80 y/o that continue to keep at it.

That would make for a weird afternoon at the ER.
They probably wouldn't drive themselves in, so there's also an EMT somewhere who knows these people's dark secret.

I want to know what sort of cover up stories are spun to explain away the bill after the secret ER visits. "Dad. I didn't know you went to the hospital last month. What's this $5600 bill from the ER all about?"

Side note: Events like this could compel individuals to flee their small town to move to larger cities.
Could explain why cities are full of crazy people.

Easier to take out the medics who saved your ass than move.
