She's discriminating against someone with a disability.

If they're going to weaponize this bs you might as well use it to your advantage. There was a black woman who was trying to get me fired, she was just gearing up to claim that I was harassing her because of her race. So I played the gay card, the one and only time I have ever done so. Yes it worked.

A lot of people officially registered as blind so they can get disability are definitely selectively blind.

The slightly thinner one on 1000lb Sisters is officially blind but sees everything.
