You can look at it another way. The most abusive and corrupt companies tend to fare better giving returns to investors with their stock. Think Google, Microsoft, Apple, Comcast, Walmart, etc. Care to be on of the greedy and jump on to get those early gains?

Selling it to shareholders will smash the quality further.
