Like gay guys showing PDA is cute, but lesbian PDA makes me swoon.

It's the itty bitty nuzzling that gets me 😭❤️️

Hate these comments. The latter would actually be appropriate when talking about a pet, feels dehumanizing man. What women are publicly "itty bitty nuzzling"??

I had to laugh when I saw that, it's just absurd.

I'm ace too, and trans, and a lesbian, so.... You do you, and if you wanna be a lesbian and do cute things with girls in a very romantic way, as a girl, do it!

This does not sound like anything that should happen with real life. This should be, "if you want to attend an anime convention as an anime fan, do it!" or "If you want to do crossfit things as a crossfitter, do it!"

The way they describe homosexuality is like a hobby, or something that you choose to do. I think this is telling for how being trans actually works. They treat lesbians as though they just decided to be cute in public for no reason, or that it is some trendy thing that they choose to do. This is projection. It is projection because this is how beign trans actually works.

Homosexuals have said for decades that we are inherently born this way and there is nothing that can change that. The T kinda said the same thing, but as an outright lie. In the words of Arty Morty (I can't remember which video) "Trans is something you do, not something you are." They choose to become trans because they think it will make them happy, and this man on reddit is a prime example of it! He thinks that being a lesbian would make him happier than he is now, so he is considering going trans to achieve that. He doesn't have any disphoria, he doesn't hate his life, his body, or anything about himself. He simply thinks that transitioning would make his life better than it currently is, so he is now considering it.

It's almost despicable.

I joked that we were "lesbians in men's bodies". Looks like it wasn't a joke for me.

Ffs. 🙄

Do... do they think that straight guys can't do cute things for their gf's and, you know, treat them with love and respect? Like, what about crossdressing suddenly makes them more capable of doing these things? Unless it's a fetish...

This seems like the opposite version of the fujoshi FtM.

Straight relationships are heavy with societal rules and stereotypes about male and female roles. For fujoshi, this means that even though they're straight women, they like reading about gay relationships because they're more equal and thus more ideal. Recently it seems like some fujoshi have taken it further and decided that this interests towards fictional gay relationships means they're actually gay men themselves, leading to the fujoshi FtM.

It's kinda sad that they don't realize a relationship with both partners beign equal can happen with a straight couple. Homosexual couples do have the advantage of already defying heteronormativity by, well, defying heterosexuality in their relationships, so it's easier to build a relationship that can more easily avoid harmful trends and expectations, but nothing is stopping a straight couple doing the same except for peer pressure and laziness

Maybe we don't have enough representation of straight equal couples

Isn't this the whole issue with the TQ+ mindset though? It's too hard to defy male stereotypes as a man, so instead gonna say I'm something other than a man.

This seems like the opposite version of the fujoshi FtM.

The male equivalent of a fujoshi is a fudanshi. There's an article claiming that both fujoshis & fudanshis are reclaiming the word(s) to be a "postive" meaning despite the fact the word literally means "rotten, decaying and/or spoiled" woman/man...

It's astonishing. They have a distorted idea of what being a men is.

It's kinda sad honestly... they should be striving to be better men than they see around them. Instead, they seem to think that women are more emotional and more loving.

This is sort of one of the things that helped me realize I was trans. I discovered the lesbian community, and it was just like, "Oh, I get this. This is how I feel about relationships, these are my people." I always had a lot of discomfort in relationships because a hetero dynamic feels very different from a wlw relationship (and also because I hated being a guy ofc), but hearing real wlw talk about relationships and sex and attraction to other women opened my eyes to the fact that women see other women differently from men, and I identified with the way women felt romantically for one another.

So fucking sexist Jesus Christ! So if you don’t see women in the nasty way most men see women, you must not be a man? If you’re a straight man who don’t subscribe to sexist sex roles you must not be a man? This block achieved the feat of be insulting to straight men, women in general, and lesbian women at once. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Great day to be blind lol

So someone who is neither a woman nor attracted to women wants to be a lesbian. What the actual hell is going on anymore?

How does one who doesn't want to have sex with women still manage to fetishize them? Is he just fetishizing the uwu cuddling? The dynamic? What?

"If you are thinking you want to become a Lesbian, then you are very likely actually a Lesbian woman. Because cishet men don't have those sort of desires."

Haha right, straight men never fantasize about lesbians. They're not a popular porn category or anything.

These people would die if they saw how an actual lesbian relationship looked like.

“I'm a lesbian. Both sexual and romantic. I mostly date trans lesbians actually. Not that I wouldn't date a cis woman, but because I hang out with a lot of trans women”

I just...
