I have to ask this genuinely. Is this site a troll site? Some of the things that are posted are just so ridiculous how do I know this isn't people trolling?

I googled pronoun gender and it turns up a handful of results. Here is one https://lgbtqiarchive.tumblr.com/post/186667942635/pronounsexual#notes and there are a bunch of other made-up genders on there. Is this just people trying to come up with the latest gender fad?

Whilst there are certainly some troll identities created, a lot of them are real identities created by severely mentally ill people.
