There are way too many of those "I'm a lesbian but the love of my life is a dude" women. Like... If you love your husband so much, why is the label of lesbian so important to you? If I was married to some dude who kept on calling himself gay... Well, no I wouldn't even be married to him. That makes no sense at all. Can you even imagine how insufferable these women must be in real life??? "No! Words mean what I want them to mean! You can't define my sexuality! REEEE!"

RIGHT? It's always double standards to them.

It's like this big discussion I saw on Twitter questioning if gay men can have sex with women (not even trans men, actual cis women). Most of the comments were on the line that labels don't matter, sexuality is fluid yadda yadda. If labels don't matter why do they insist on calling themselves gay, then? If labels don't matter then call yourself something else, or call yourself nothing at all! No need to state your sexuality at all.

I saw a post on reddit that was something like “AMA I was exclusively lesbian until I met my boyfriend”. She kept talking about how sexuality is fluid. Lol but guess what... a few answers into her post she has a comment like:

“I always thought men could be cute and liked to make out with them at parties. But I never thought it would work for a lasting relationship before I met him”

So... you always liked men but you’re coming here to say you were “exclusively lesbian” and saying lesbians can change? Fuck you

It’s different because gay men aren’t fetishized in the way that lesbians are. Her husband is most likely thinking “man! I’m really good in bed - even lesbians can’t stay away from me!” I can almost promise you they are unicorn hunters too lol
