She threatened to leave her husband and take their children away just for leaving the option to dress like a boy possible, how is it not obvious who's running the show here?

Odds of a vegan cat in the household are nonzero.

Jesus there is literally no middle ground with TRA. Its all or nothing especially with some of these parents. Asking if theyve seen a psychiatrist is a perfectly VALID question.

I think she is the one who should be seeing a psychiatrist. Looking at the mommy-blog part of her website she definitely gives me munchausen's vibes, and the way she constantly brings up Ryder's penis is really weird.

That's gross. Yes, a penis is natural but why would you bring up your child's genitals and talk about them to the whole internet? This woman sounds like she wants to have her own TV show or something.

Yeah, imagine your mother writing stuff like that about you. I'm sure he loves the attention right now but when he gets older? Goes to show how much these parents really care about the dignity of their children.

CBC has to take into account public feedback--write them letters about this crap.

<Ryder preferred dresses and pink sparkly clothing from the moment she could crawl to the cupboard and pull out her own clothes.>

Wow, I did NOT do that. Guess I failed at being a girl. In fact, at FOUR, I don't recall ever picking out my clothes. I just put on what my mom bought for me. Why do I suspect that is exactly what happened here as well?

Why are all of these stories exactly the same? "From a very young age, our penis-child liked pink and sparkly things. This horrified us, because there is nothing worse than a boy who likes pink and sparkly things! So we tried punishing our penis-child and offering blue and trucks. To our surprise and dismay, our penis-child did not respond well to this discipline. So we drew the only reasonable and loving conclusion: we told our penis-child that she was actually a girl! Now she has full access to pink and sparkly things, and we tell her every day how special she is. She is doing sooooo much better than she was when we punished her and made her play with blue trucks!!! There was no other way to handle this situation. The haters can all go to hell. 🏳️‍🌈❤🏳️‍🌈❤🏳️‍🌈❤🏳️‍🌈❤🏳️‍🌈❤" Is there no reporter willing to ask these brain-dead parents why they were more willing to accept that they had a "girl with a penis" than a "son who likes pink"?
