This person isn’t a lesbian. SURPRISE. Anyone else notice the large influx of people joining Lesbians? Don’t forget the number of trolls that were banned.

Oh my god! I read an article about a man who forced his wife to close down her successful business because he couldn’t last a couple of days taking care of his son while he was working from home.

The number of times I have seen this happen. I know plenty of guys who try to pull this trick on women. Unbelievable. When it comes to women there is absolutely no restraint, yet when it comes to other men suddenly they feel uncomfortable .

Stereotypes of lesbians that are true and not true? by IamWomanHearMeRoar in Lesbians

I have long hair, but like to wear my hair in a bun which makes it seem like I have short hair since my bangs are short. I like to work on cars, repair stuff, woodwork/leatherwork, DIY, and get my hands dirty, but I also like to cook, sew clothes, and paint my nails every now and then. I have cats...I own an eco friendly vehicle...environmentally conscious and do my best to recycle...but I’m not vegan/vegetarian. I eat everything including vegan and vegetarian foods... mmmm yeah. That’s about it

How did you and your partner(s)/ex-partner(s) meet? by IamWomanHearMeRoar in Lesbians

I met my ex in college. Turns out she wasn’t a student there but was apart of this club her siblings made. I’ve met nice people along the way though. Oddly enough, after several years of not talking to my ex she still tries to talk to me. No thanks. Other than that I’m still trying to find “the one”

Edit: my ex is religious and I am not (I used to identify as Christian, but not anymore. I identify more with Pastafarian ;) I’ve had a lot of unfortunate events with religious LGBTQ+ individuals so I try to steer clear of them

Women face more harassment, men face more violence. Since it’s not the same form of “harm” people don’t see them as equal. People are more passive-aggressive to women and people are more aggressive to men. Which is why some women are such bitches and some men are more violent.

The “society hates women” would be more true in some middle eastern/African countries. There’s literally a game to rape women in public called Taharrush Gamea/Jimea (which goes on) There’s also the mass rapes of Egypt. There have been American, French and other reporters who were assaulted after/during recording live. It’s a bit better when you get to western countries and European countries. It would help if people could say which country they are from to see where they are coming from
