I like the _bot idea. They should be forced to disclose bot in the username. But that's harder to enforce than sub naming rules.

Understandable, but sometimes it's not about enforcing rules so much as showing a path. I'll use the PoD as a guide, with others, rather than rules. Only a few hard rules/laws, lots of guides.

Is there a way that I can get a list of only my own comments in subs in which I posted? I know that the "Comments" tab will give me all recent comments by everyone, and I can search for mine, but I'd like to be able to see only a list of my own comments. Then, I'd like to be able to click on any of my comments and be directed to that comment in the thread in which I posted it.

Perhaps /u/d3rr can answer this.

Also, you may wish to save all the posts and comments you may wish to revisit. This "saved" lists can include your own as well as other users' content.

Okay, I apologize for reading my messages from new to old. I won't expect an apology from you for your sour sarcasm against my good faith efforts to communicate.

As they are rotating, the fields aren't straight at the equator of their plane of rotation, but are more sine-wave shaped.

This is new to me, interesting, and seems plausible at first glance.

picks up dust and pushes it along like waves.

Perhaps like galaxy arms have gravitational compression waves?

I've often said the Universe is likely way more dust and debris than anything else. For some reason the experts seem to think that there's a lot of unexplained dark matter and that between the solar systems and galaxies are vast empty voids, yet it seems obvious to me that not everything turns into a star, planet, or even asteroid/comet. There's obviously the L4 and L5 of every large body, the Kuiper Belt, the Oort Cloud, and I'd guess much much much more beyond that. Not just "icy planetesimals" but lots and lots of small dust in no particular hurry, in no particular direction, and under no particular gravitational influence - unlike comets. Sure, I'd guess some of it interacts with each other and even clumps up, but in such vast spaces, without the "organization" of gravity, it seems less likely to actually add up to much. Furthermore, once you snowball up into something big enough, another colliding object will inevitably destroy it, like the Kessler Effect. Perpetually dusty.

These elements perturb the Sun's normal functioning (obviously) and at some point,

It would take much more than a metric fuck-tonne to actually affect the Sun. I can now see that my understanding of dust above that I figured out myself (odd that the MSM documentaries and such can't) and yet my understanding was incomplete and limited if what you are plausibly suggesting is true.

it gets overwhelmed by all that extra matter and undergoes a massive explosion (a micro-nova).

Now I understand what you've been saying. This is not good, if true. If this occurs there's not much we can do, unless you have some plans beyond just prepping.

ELE. It happens every 12,000 years along with geographic pole relocation and magnetic reversals.

Interesting idea. The water-erosion on the Sphinx makes more sense with this theory.

Thanks for finally explaining.

The Ethical Slut book helps explain MANY of the problems and how to solve them. For example, jealousy may be solved with inclusion, communication, etc. Most people are not open enough, communicative enough, or rational enough to be able to handle polyamory - if that's even what they really want. Some people just want to get laid more, but that's as unrealistic as wanting to be rich. Whether it's in Burning Man communities or hippie communes or cults or "non-weird" scenarios, ultimately the alpha stud muffins get the attention of the women and the other dudes may get some scraps once in a while. Polyamory is way beyond tricky, and I've seen it done good, bad, and ugly, yet I understand it's a legit lifestyle and can respect much of it, while also cautioning against it and won't recommend it to anyone.

It's not about fucking a bunch of people. It's about loving more than one person...

Yes, done right by mature adults. I've seen it and it's much more about sharing feels and stuff than the sex. This HUGE amount of communication takes MUCH time - a huge commitment most folks can't make.

I'm guessing there might be some well-produced neutral informative and not hyper-sexualized media about these topics (poly, bi, gay, etc), but I'm unaware of any, and if they exist they're lost in the oceans of media and I'm no longer as curious about this stuff as I used to be.

I can't help you on this. These conspiracies go as far as to deny gravity exists, because viruses have always been a threat to humanity, and pretending that they don't, always ends in preventable deaths.

I don't want your help. You need our help and/or some anti-authority skepticism injections to help your diseased mind with the propaganda social virus of scientism dogma.

If you want to prevent deaths, look at all the harms your governments, corporate experts, and authorities do, including wars and sanctions, fast food and substances, environmental toxicity, manufactured poverty, among others.

Your hyperbolic over-dramatization of the circumstances are comical in the face of authentic tragedies, including the looming global food crises intentionally manufactured by this global lockdown, certainly to be made worse by the cyber war and rolling brown outs the ruling class will unleash upon us. When these happen I'm sure they will have some lame excuse you can blindly parrot instead of remembering this conversation on skepticism.

If the government and corporations are corrupt and rigged, what makes you think the justice system is exempt. Sadly I don't expect good things from the courts these days. I know of MANY MANY MANY cases of life and death that are being kept out of the locked-down courts right now, from breast cancer to stalkers to you name it. On Facebook you can find MANY testimonies along these lines in the countless regional local groups, skeptics or not.

It's not "fear-porn", which only appeals to the low IQ, but the most plausible future facing us.

I.Q. has little to do with it. Stupid people as well as the senile, old, weak, vulnerable, uninformed, busy, corporate, shills, corrupt, authoritarians, Machiavellians, masochists, sadists, and anyone who's income depends on it will support stupid shit, including fear-porn and doom-porn.

Have you noticed how the MSM has begun tacitly acknowledging some of the ECC (earth catastrophe cycle) points in the past year or so, as if they're starting to prepare people for what's coming? Think "moon wobble", as we've now heard in the past month or so.

I get more than enough second-hand MSM through alt-media analysis, but I haven't seen a lot of that. I still don't know enough about our geo/solar problems to have any opinion. Or on UFOs for that matter.

I could see how the Earth's magnetic core might flip.
/s/Physics/comments/1o7t/any_quantum_physicists_in_the_house_if_you/

This is to prepare people for extreme flooding. In the ECC, it's actually the earth that might 'wobble' as our magnetic field collapses. The water in the oceans will not wobble, but will spill over onto the land that moves beneath it.

ECC?

We're moving into Carrington Event Territory, where copper wires caught fire, and buildings burned. If that hits us again this cycle, electricity on the side facing the sun will be gone for years. A stronger event will wipe out electrical equipment around the entire globe.

That was from a different cause resulting in different effects from a magnetic flip. "A disaster" then as with whatever might come may be all that they share in common, so I wouldn't use it for comparison to avoid confusing lay people.

Then you could look at the state of aquifers around the world...

This is another serious problem that we might be able to actually do something about if we had real leadership to better manage our world's resources. If they put as much effort into this as they do into consumerism, militarism, or scientism they could still control us AND prepare to be resilient and sustainable.

Also, the perpetual inefficient rape of the oceans will have them dead by 2050.

Nuke war has happened before. This one is a little more iffy, but geopolitical issues are coming to a head as populations exceed their carry capacity.

I'm not worried about nukes nor the over-population scam.

Here's today, coming in at about 5 minutes total. Every human is going to die. It's just a question of when and how.

Agreed. Part of the resilience we need would be underground cities. Though at that point one might wonder if that's a world worth suffering through.
