No, I'm pretty sure that's not correct. That's like saying: "Continuing to publish slander because it was on another news paper isn't slander". If his name and address are being exposed, and that's doxxing, and then you also print his name and address, you're still doxxing.

A non-doxxing report would say: "Comic artist, Stonetoss, has name and address exposed on Twitter" and not contain the information itself, right?

As for the comic, yeah, I've seen some of them. They are funny, but also often kinda low hanging fruit. Like those people on the left who draw comics where an evil person on the right says something, then draw themselves easily defeating them in a single line of text, then have the evil person looking mad at being confused. Some of this stray into that area. Otherwise, worth a chuckle. :) I certainly hope he's okay. It's always a shame when someone makes this sort of stuff into the kind of problem where people might get hurt... And given it's Texas, as I understand their gun policy, those people might not even be the artist.
