What do you think? If this helps you believe we continue to exist after the physical body dies, that's good, but there are problems with the story:

Mary would never allow herself to be worshiped. She knows only Jesus can save mankind. He is the one who died on the cross so we can be redeemed from the adversary and be reconciled to God. Worshiping Mary would not help a man break free from the adversary, but would only make the bondage greater, because it is idolatry. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. If Mary did appear, she would point people to Jesus, who is the Savior.

God would not have told these children to keep the vision a secret. They did see something, but remember, Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. Anyone with questions should pray directly to God.

Catholics don’t worship Mary but venerate her: she is the daughter of the Father, the spouse of the Holy Spirit and the mother of the Son. I think you ought to study Catholic apologetics to learn what Catholics believe and why, rather than judging by appearances.

Why don’t you just ask God if Mary is a special person rather than stating if God will or wouldn’t do what you think. Even Martin Luther held Mary in high esteem. Even the Eastern Orthodox do. Historically Christians way back venerate Mary, till the time of the apostles.

As for death, scientists have a definition of death, but do not know it’s efficient cause. Death is quite a mysterious thing no one thinks about.

Venerate

To regard with respect and reverence; to reverence; to revere. We venerate parents and elders; we venerate men consecrated to sacred offices. We venerate old age or gray hairs. We venerate or ought to venerate the gospel and its precepts.

Those that venerate Mary more than Jesus have placed someone higher than him. No one should take the #1 position away from the Lord God. The greatest commandment is: Love the Lord your God above all.

It is fine to show love toward Mary, but not an excessive love to the point that she has become an idol. Mary herself would never want to be an idol, and if she did become visible in a vision, she would certainly point people to their only hope of salvation: The Lord Jesus Christ.

And how did he reply when someone said his mother was blessed? "Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it."

Look out the back of your head. There is notheing there. That is death. You were dead before; you just don't remember it.

I know I continue to exist. My question is, do the rest of YOU continue to exist?
