They must have blew their windfall of taxpayer money that rained on them during covid....even though none of the hospitals prepared their supplies before Covid, like they had been instructed to do 1 2 5 and 7 years prior, with the pandemic planning and multiple pandemic response exercises, which always graded them badly.

It all went into the 99 administrators' salary and for the 4 landscaping overhauls per year.
