I'm telling men to jerk off if they need to, not to rape girls. Men who refuse to end up desperate and they're more likely to rape or even murder, steal, etc. in pursuit of sex. Testes are not designed to never flush themselves out, it shouldn't come as a surprise that blocking it causes problems.
