Don't focus on the name, don't focus on the open boarders that let them in, just take away other's rights to defend themselves.     To my knowledge Chappaquiddick was a setup psyop to keep him from being president. There's WAAAAY to much fishy stuff regarding that. None of that story makes sense. I don't think he's responsible, but I don't think he's innocent either.
