Windows 10 is a resource hog. Not to mention that you are the product.

Windows 10 LTSC is a decent option, it removes Windows Store, Cortana, some telemetry, and other bloat. After some tweaking Windows 10 is pretty good (at least resource / usability wise, I know it still sucks for tracking & privacy). Now Windows 11 on the other hand is absolutely terrible, they've made some awful UI changes and are putting ads and other crap right into the OS.

I agree, but in this case, it seems the problem isn't Microsoft, it's Google chrome

If they need Chrome support, its Steam's fault to depend on it
