Assume the US will be sending Venus money to fight climate change?

Slava Venus!

to fight climate change

That would be pretty hard because

The CO2-rich atmosphere generates the strongest greenhouse effect in the Solar System, creating surface temperatures of at least 735 K (462 °C; 864 °F)

It's the atmospheric pressure, not because it's CO2.

That was just a quote, anyway I asked anonchatgpt.com and it says both play a role:

The Venusian surface experiences extreme temperatures due to a combination of several factors. The main reasons for its high temperatures are:

Runaway Greenhouse Effect: Venus has an extremely dense atmosphere mostly composed of carbon dioxide (about 96%). This thick atmosphere traps solar radiation and creates a greenhouse effect, much stronger than on Earth. This process causes the surface temperature of Venus to rise excessively.

Atmospheric Pressure: Venus also has an incredibly high atmospheric pressure, about 92 times that of Earth. The weight of the dense atmosphere compounds the greenhouse effect by trapping even more heat, further increasing the surface temperature.

Absence of Water: Unlike Earth, Venus has very little water vapor in its atmosphere as it underwent a process known as a "runaway greenhouse effect" early in its history. Water vapor is an efficient heat absorber and can help regulate temperatures on planets. With little water vapor, Venus lacks this natural temperature regulation, resulting in higher surface temperatures.

Lack of Oceans: Venus has a dry and rocky surface with no significant bodies of water. Water bodies on Earth help to absorb and distribute heat, acting as a temperature buffer. Without the presence of oceans, Venus doesn't have this mechanism to regulate its surface temperatures.

Combining these factors leads to the scorching and inhospitable surface temperatures on Venus, averaging around 900 degrees Fahrenheit (475 degrees Celsius), making it the hottest planet in our solar system.

I mean sure, CO2 is a GHG, but not a particularly powerful one. On earth, water vapour is our strongest GHG by a wide margin. In fact the only reason they say CO2 is causing warming is because it causes a slight amount of warming, which in turn, presumably increases water vapour, which is the main source of heat trapping. However water vapour also increases cloud cover, which bounces light away, and mitigates warming. AFAIK this was the reason for Lindzen's skepticism and his low estimates of CO2 sensitivity.

It's a complex system and to claim that man-made CO2 drives warming and that we know by how much is a pretty big leap of faith.

Anyway, earth's atmospheric pressure isn't much of a concern, so comparisons to Venus as a warning are pretty off-base.

And volcanoes keep it warm on the inside.
Volcanoes are hot due to nuclear reactions in the center of the planet.

2 weeks to stop the increase!

Co2 is NOT a strong greenhouse gas. This is propaganda.

Maybe they need to send money to fight off a Martian invasion too...

The original photo isn't nearly this clear, this is digitally enhanced.

Wouldn't you know it, already a trail of litter. The indians are crying.
