        I'm definitely not a lawyer but I keep hearing the prosecution talking about wanting to have a speedy trial and I find that interesting because it makes sense to me that the speedy trial option is the option of the defendant and not of the prosecution.

        It makes sense to me that if the defendant Mr Donald Trump wanted to take his time and present all of the evidence and go through all of his options they can't tell him hey bro hurry up hurry up hurry up can they?
