Don't pretend you haven't committed dozens, even hundreds, of crimes. You've committed crimes you don't even know about. There are hundreds of thousands of laws, and you don't know them very well, and ignorance of the law is no excuse.

That's a bad analogy. Fundamentalists make stuff up off the top of their heads. The hundreds of thousands of laws cover nearly every imaginable action - legal scholars estimate that the average "law-abiding" American commits about eight felonies every single day. And that's simply a fact.
