X/Twitter is an undeniable sewer, but I wouldn't be surprised if Musk could keep it on life support indefinitely (perhaps with far fewer staff, even) until he transforms it into something that's very different from the Twitter model, perhaps built on making it a B2C business and transactional tool. Cut out the corporations, give small businesses a way to compete.
