There are two issues I see here.

The first is whether or not Whites are required to pay the costs for exalting struggling groups of non-Whites. They are not, and Whites should have the reserved rights to this. This is especially true for non-Whites who claim it is the responsibility of Whites to do so. Why should Whites be responsible for the well-being of non-Whites who don't make the effort to participate in society, especially for those non-Whites who hate them? You could point out examples of people who are successful that were not 70 or so years ago, but many here could also point out the costs to Whites, which should not be underestimated. Why should Whites have to contribute to their own death?

The second is about the nature of diversity initiatives themselves. Much of the rhetoric around them is pejorative towards Whites, and many of these supporters are openly anti-White. In their minds, all Whites have committed unspeakable acts against non-Whites and must pay for their transgressions against them, an anyone who is opposed to this kind of mentality is evil. Whites are expected to participate in a society that requires their capital but also drags them into the mud. How is that not infuriating?

To extol diversity, Whites must accept being attacked by niggers and spics while chinks and streetshitters outcompete them in higher institutions while the values that defined White countries are eroded by faggots and jews. All of this while being called oppressors and devils. I don't think it is unreasonable to be upset by that nor to have a desire for White nations.
