He won't get awarded anything. The ADL is full of lawyers, and can call on thousands more Jewish lawyers and boot licking goys to come to their aid. Any judge that decides against the ADL would then be targeted by organized Jewry, and as all judges are lawyers and politicians(and disproportionately Jewish), fully understand Jewish legal/media/political power and/or are active agents of Jewish power.

The ADL, and for that matter the Jewish establishment, regard any criticism of Jews that mentions them being Jewish as antisemitism, and even the criticicism of individual Jews that mentions anything anyone who can be characterized as "bad" ever said bad about Jews as anti-Semitism. Hence the ADL continually trots out what they call Jewish tropes as being off limits, regardless of whether said Jew/s objectively fulfil the description of such "tropes". So now Musk will feel obligated to ban anything Jewish power regards as antisemitic in order to prove that he's not antisemitic. This is the same game the ADL and organized Jewry have successfully played a thousand times before.

The best way to deal with this is to showcase Jewish hypocrisy. When they accuse you of pushing antisemitic tropes, point out they have continually used anti white tropes, or anti arab or anti muslim tropes or anti christian tropes, or tolerated and defended the use of such "tropes". Beat them at their own game. Use their weaponization of ethnic and racial grievance politics and word play against them.
