This was just an election year gimmick by Biden's handlers in the first place. They knew who was on the supreme court and knew it would be certainly struck down eventually. It served it's purpose. Helped Biden with younger voters who werent enthusiastic about him and harms republicans in the next election as these younger voters will remember who struck it down and think the Dems legitimately tried to help them with student debt.
