I don't think this ruling is really a win for the right. There were already 8 states that banned AA and they were still finding ways to promote unqualified non whites over whites in colleges. I think they are just going to find other ways to discriminate against whites and Asians. The current structure was just too obvious. The alt right recruited lots of people and recruited lots of asian sympathizers by simply pointing out how the colleges discriminated. Back in 2018 and 19 I remember getting hundreds of liberal redditers to sympathize when I showed them the college data.

I would not be surprise if Dr. Duke's article and the political activism of the alt right inspired that court case.

Don't get me wrong it's small step in a positive direction but the immigration ruling the day before was terrible for the right and this case just seems like a way to distract from that.

Sadly, affirmative action was exactly what we needed to fix the situation. Force the jew to be 2% of positions of power and we've eliminated the threat.

Jews magically stop being white when it comes to college admissions.

Quite the opposite. Jews are considered white, which means a 2% population has a 50% (white) buffer. At Harvard, they are 26% of the students, while whites are less than that. So every time they accept a jew, that is one less white student they can discriminate against.

What the alt right needed to do was add religion/religious background as a dimension of affirmative action. This way they cannot artificially discriminate against non-jewish / christians whites by accepting jewish / non-christian whites. They would've had to accept more non-jewish Whites.

Disparate impact has not been removed by this ruling. Do you know if the civil rights act included religion as a protected class? If that is the case, then white christians should sue Harvard because there is no chance that they will not win the case, because their discrimination against christian whites is so blatant.

That's a good point. I guess it's the opposite. lol. I wouldn't be surprised is they double dip though and use grants and loans for jews while also being counted as white.

Disparate impact laws do have a religious clause but I don't think the civil rights act does. Disparate impact is also more of a legal doctrine that looks different between federal and state and among different states.

Shapeshifting indeed. I did see a lawsuit arguing jews aren't considered white against affirmative action discrimination. I forgot what it was about but it was many years ago that I saw it.

We should spread awareness about this in right wing spheres. Start suing the jewish institutions for their anti white christian discrimination.

Affirmative action is hitting us like a kosher sandwich, from below and above. We're getting hit on our merits and by jews taking up our available quota spots.

What I saw from reddit reflects largely how people in America feel about Affirmative Action so most are glad it's gone but they won't say it's good for Whites to have it gone they'll say it's good for Asians. The cowardice of these people

Not because they don't think it is good for whties but because they don't want to be called racists. I was the same.

It was someone on DAR, I forgot his name, that really changed my mind and perspective. He would frame everything the leftists are doing as fundamentally evil.
I started applying the same framework and it gave me the courage to speak up, because I wasn't representing something inherently evil but something inherently good and I was opposed to evil. This means my fight is justified and anyone speaking out against it is simply a sympathizer for evil in this world.

It is much easier to stand your ground, when you know that you are morally right.

Writing this comment, makes me realize why logic is not the most important aspect of a political debate. Make the enemy ashamed of their position. That is more important than being logically sound in your reasoning.

Of course it benefits asians. They have by far the most to gain from it.
